Mohsen is responsible for continuously developing the company’s tactical approaches and objectives to ensure the financial vision, the company’s missions and long-term goals are achieved. Mohsen's background in finance and accounting enables him to play a leading role in the development of the business strategy and working with international lawyers across the business he is helping the agency develop across their international offices. He also maximises media and sponsorship opportunities for all the clients as well as managing their image rights. Mohsen has a clear understanding of the management needs of his clients helping deliver the ongoing management of Epic Sports clients on a day-to-day basis recruiting players, dealing with all representative contracts and club contracts as well as overseeing the needs of the clients' families. He is a registered intermediary to work in Europe and South America and also holds the necessary authorization to work and represent minors. A registered international football intermediary, Mohsen, is very much a hands-on managing director driving the business forward in every sector. Mohsen is the managing director of Epic Sports and is responsible for the day to day running of the agency.
